Glorious Spring

The magnificence defies conception.
Sleepy brown hills
Transformed by nourishing shades of green;
Bursts of red, white, yellow and lilac
Wake up the hibernating senses.
Innately abiding glories
Seep, spring and gush forth from our depths.
Buddha nature,
The essence of mind, body,
And all apparent phenomena
Seeks expression
To remind us
Of our own expansiveness.
The exuberance of our being
Seeks to become aware of itself.
A tap on the shoulder reminds you,
You are here,
You are it,
All of it.
